A 5 day tour of Arizona
from our Student issue,
Fall 2011.
Discovery Student Adventures invites teachers and students in grades 5–12 to explore the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon — one of the world’s great natural wonders—and the majestic Southwest.
“Our exclusive journeys offer unique behind-the-scenes access to people and places around the globe. Teachers and students learn about the world in an entirely different way alongside in-country experts through hands-on activities, experiencing things they have only read about in textbooks,” said Susannah Stoltz, vice president of Discovery Student Adventures.
While on a Discovery Student Adventure at the Grand Canyon, travelers participate in exclusive activities, assist local park rangers in a service project and learn every minute of every day.
